Seventh Schedule of Indian Constitution	Provision about the sharing of powers between the Center and the States. Three lists have been made for this. Union List -: Only the Central Government makes laws for the subjects of this list. State List -: The State Government makes laws for the subjects of this list. Concurrent List: – Both the Center and the State can make laws for the subjects of this list. If the subjects of law are the same. So only the law made by the central government will be valid. Eighth Schedule of Indian Constitution	Provision of languages recognized by the constitution. Originally there were 14 languages in the Eighth Schedule. Assamese, Bangla, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Kashmiri, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu. Sindhi language by 21st constitution amendment act 1967, Konkani, Manipuri and Nepali language by 71st constitution amendment act 1992, Maithili, Santhali, Dogri, Bodo language by 92nd constitution amendment act 2003 were included in this schedule. Ninth Schedule of Indian Constitution	Acts relating to land reform and abolition of Zamindari system. This schedule was added by the First Constitutional Amendment 1951. The laws included in this schedule could not be judicially reviewed. But by a decision of the Supreme Court in 2007, the laws included in this schedule after April 24, 1973 can be reviewed.
